IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Always keep your (initial) passwords private and secure, do not tell or write it to anyone else and do not quote it in emails or tickets!
In case of a disabled user account, please use one of the following options to unlock it or set a new password:
1.
Face to face meeitng to their administrator or at the IT Service
Center. There, a staff member can verify your identity and assist you in
entering a new password.
or
2. Requesting a new
initial password. Please send an email with the subject "initial
password" to support@hs-anhalt.de (from a working email account). A
representative will get back to you.
or
3.
Creating a new password by VideoIdent-Service. Please send an e-mail
with the subject "VideoIdent" to support@hs-anhalt.de (from a working
e-mail account).
A representative will contact you to schedule an appointment and send you a link to do so.
The
VideoIdent procedure requires access to a Webex meeting WITH an active
video camera. A member of our staff will personally verify your identity
by means of a valid identification document (ID-Card or Passport) and
will give you a one-time password. You must then change this password
directly in the password self-service into your own password.
For
the Videoident procedure using Cisco Webex, your personal data must be
processed by us. For this processing, the documentation of your identity
by means of a picture recording is necessary, on which you and your
student ID (or another photo ID) are recognizable. The legal basis for
this processing is Article 6(1)(e) GDPR in conjunction with. §§ 4-9 Data
Protection Act of Saxony-Anhalt (DSAG LSA). We delete your personal
data as soon as they are no longer required for the above-mentioned
purposes. Beyond that, your personal data will only be stored as long as
we are legally obliged to do so. For privacy information on Web
